LAS VEGAS, (October 2004) – The new Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak
and Stone Crab will be part of an exclusive grand opening event for
the highly anticipated opening of the Phase III of The Forum Shops at
Caesars on Wednesday, October 20. Living up to its world-class
reputation, The Forum Shops at Caesars expansion will showcase the
world’s most luxurious retail brands, finest restaurants and fantastic
entertainment.
“Fashionistas” and “Foodies” be aware…On Wednesday, October 20,
The Forum Shops will host an exclusive opening kick-off event with a
live guest performance from the nation’s hottest pop artist, Jessica
Simpson! This exclusive event will give both retailers and restaurants
an opportunity to “wow” guests with the debut of their shops and
dining venues, while listening to spectacular entertainment and sipping
the finest champagne. The event will begin at 7:00 pm.

Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab will be open during the
celebration for guests to swing by a get a real taste and drink of this
culinary legend. Opened in 1913, Joe's Stone Crab of Miami has
become a dining institution with an international reputation serving its
legendary fare of Stone Crab and Key Lime Pie to thousands of guests
including film and television stars, politicians, athletes and celebrities.
This next generation of history - Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone
Crab - which debuted in Chicago in 2000, and will now be open in one
of the most exciting cities in America as well as in one of its most
prestigious locations - the Forum Shops at Caesars.
The Forum Shops describes the expansion as… “The 175,000
square-foot addition to The Forum Shops will feature a one-of-a-kind
Mitsubishi Electric Spiral Escalator, a reflecting pool, and a glass
domed skylight. Two new entrances on the Las Vegas Strip will allow
pedestrians to walk directly in from Las Vegas Boulevard, or valet
curbside at The Forum Shops.”
